Chef's Banquet has been a true pioneer in Emergency Preparedness and Food Storage. 

Before Chef's Banquet traditional food storage was limited to buckets and cans of wheat, beans, rice, etc. The challenge most Americans face today is that we don't do things like grind wheat into flour on a regular basis. We felt that there must be a better way. 

We worked with award winning Chef's who were experts in dried foods to create recipes that not only tasted great, were very versatile in the kitchen, but could also enjoy the longest shelf life possible. Once we had a great variety of recipes we created the A.R.K. It stood for All Purpose Readiness Kit. It was the first high quality variety entrée food storage kit. From that a number of competitor kits emerged in the marketplace. At Chef's Banquet we are a family owned business and we are hands on from developing recipes, to the manufacturing and distribution of our products. 

We operate in an FDA registered cGMP facility that undergoes strict 3rd Party audits on a regular basis. We constantly strive to meet or exceed all statutory or regulatory requirements for quality and food safety.
